1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Omra mobile application (“Omra,” “App,” “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
Use of Omra is conditional upon acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use Omra. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User-Generated Content
Omra allows users to create, upload, post, and share content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, profile information, and messages (“User Content”).
You are solely responsible for all User Content you submit or display on Omra.

4. Zero Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content
Omra maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable or abusive behavior.
The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement action:
•Harassment, threats, bullying, or intimidation
•Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or protected characteristics
•Sexually explicit, pornographic, or fetish content
•Nudity or sexually suggestive content intended to arouse
•Violent, graphic, or disturbing content
•Exploitation, trafficking, or abuse of any person
•Spam, scams, impersonation, or deceptive behavior
•Any content or behavior that violates applicable laws or regulations
There are no warnings for severe violations. Offending content may be removed immediately, and user accounts may be suspended or permanently banned without prior notice.

5. Content Moderation & Enforcement
Omra actively moderates User Content and enforces these Terms.
•Users may report objectionable or abusive content directly within the App.
•Users may block other users at any time. Blocking immediately removes the blocked user and their content from the reporting user’s experience.
•All reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.
•Omra reserves the right to remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate users at its sole discretion.

6. User Reporting & Blocking
Omra provides built-in tools that allow users to:
•Report objectionable or abusive content
•Block users instantly
•Prevent further interaction or visibility from blocked users
Blocking immediately removes the blocked user’s content from the feed and notifies Omra’s moderation system.

7. License Grant
Omra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
This license may be revoked at any time if you violate these Terms.

8. Termination
Omra reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for behavior that poses a risk to the community or platform integrity.

9. Disclaimer of Liability
Omra is not responsible for User Content posted by users. While Omra moderates content, users may encounter content they find offensive before moderation occurs.
Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
