SECTION 1 — ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
 
By creating an account, accessing, or using Omra (“the Platform”), you (“the User”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), the Privacy Policy, the Safety and Conduct Policy, the Location & Radar Consent Agreement, and any additional policies referenced herein.
 
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
 
You affirm that:
•You are at least 18 years old.
•You have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
•Your use of Omra is voluntary and at your own risk.

SECTION 2 — NATURE OF THE PLATFORM
 
Omra is a user-generated, location-optional discovery and social application.
Omra does not:
•Verify identity
•Guarantee user behavior
•Control user intentions
•Monitor user activity outside the app
•Guarantee accuracy of location or user-provided data
•Provide protection services or real-world safety
 
Users control their own visibility, location settings, availability, and relationship status.
 
All location-based tools (Radar, distance bubbles, availability circles, nearby search) are 100% opt-in.

SECTION 3 — USER RESPONSIBILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
 
By using Omra, the User agrees:
•They are solely responsible for their actions on and off the platform.
•They assume all risk related to meeting or interacting with others.
•Omra is not responsible for harassment, stalking, assault, impersonation, fraud, or harmful behavior by other users.
•Omra does not conduct background checks unless required by law.
•Users voluntarily choose to enable any visibility or location features.
 
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT OMRA CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY USER’S CONDUCT.

SECTION 4 — USER-GENERATED CONTENT (SECTION 230 PROTECTION)
 
Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, Omra:
•Is not liable for content posted by Users
•Is not responsible for messages, photos, videos, or behavior of Users
•Cannot be sued for damages caused by User misuse
 
User-generated content remains the sole responsibility of the user who posted it.

SECTION 5 — LOCATION & RADAR FEATURES (OPT-IN REQUIRED)
 
Users must manually enable:
•Location
•Radar
•Visibility
•Creator mode location
•Availability status
•Search visibility
 
Users explicitly consent to:
•Sharing approximate—not exact—location
•Being discoverable by Users within chosen ranges
•Sharing visibility only when they select to
 
Omra does not show precise GPS coordinates.
 
Omra is not responsible for misuse or interpretation of location data by other users.

SECTION 6 — CREATOR MODE & MONETIZED CONTENT
 
Users who activate Creator Mode acknowledge:
•Their content is voluntarily uploaded and shared.
•Omra is not responsible for screenshots or external leaks.
•Creators are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.
•Omra may restrict or remove content that violates policies.
•Omra is not liable for fan interactions, meetups, or harassment by viewers.
 
Creators set their own visibility, pricing, and DM preferences.

SECTION 7 — ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & REMOVAL
 
Omra may suspend or remove accounts for:
•Harassment
•Stalking
•Abusive behavior
•Breaking safety guidelines
•Fake profiles
•Illegal use of the platform
•Misuse of Radar or Creator Mode
 
Users waive all rights to challenge account removal.

SECTION 8 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
 
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
 
OMRA, HOUSE NEREZZA, ITS FOUNDERS, AND ITS EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
•Harassment
•Stalking
•Emotional distress
•Assault
•Physical harm
•Losses
•Damages
•Data breaches
•Misconduct by Users
•Misuse of location
•Violent incidents
•Unauthorized meeting outcomes
•Creator mode misuse
 
In no event will Omra’s liability exceed $100 USD, even if legally required.

SECTION 9 — NO WARRANTY
 
Omra is provided “as is” with no warranties of:
•Safety
•Accuracy
•Security
•Availability
•Reliability
•Compatibility
 
Users assume all risk for usage.

Users agree:
•Not to participate in class-action lawsuits
•Not to take collective legal action

All disputes must be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, not court.

By using Omra, the User releases Omra LLC, House Nerezza, its founders, officers, and employees from ANY AND ALL liability arising from use of the platform, including user misconduct, stalking, harassment, abuse, violence, data misuse, creator mode interactions, location misuse, in-app behavior, and real-world meetups.
 
User acknowledges that Omra is not responsible for any negative outcomes.

•Treat others respectfully
•Not stalk, harass, threaten, or follow someone offline
•Not misuse location features
•Not impersonate anyone
•Report harmful behavior
