By creating an account, accessing, downloading, or using Omra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use Omra.
⸻
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Omra.
By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
* You are at least 18 years of age;
* You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
* You are not prohibited by applicable law from using the Service;
* You have not previously been permanently removed from Omra unless Omra has expressly authorized your return; and

⸻
2. USER ACCOUNTS
Certain features of Omra require you to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate and current account information and to keep that information reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You may not sell, transfer, license, rent, or give your account to another person without Omra’s written authorization.
You may not create an account for another person without authorization or impersonate another individual or organization.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Omra Support promptly.
⸻
3. PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to Omra.
Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are described in the Omra Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is separate from these Terms and should be reviewed before using the Service.
Some Omra features may use location or proximity information. Your use of those features is subject to your device permissions, Omra’s available privacy controls, and the Omra Privacy Policy.
⸻
4. NATURE OF THE OMRA SERVICE
Omra is a social and dating platform designed to help adults discover, communicate, and connect with other adults.
Omra does not guarantee that any user will:
* Find a romantic partner;
* Receive matches;
* Receive messages or responses;
* Establish a friendship or relationship;
* Be compatible with another user; or
* Have any particular experience through the Service.
Omra provides technology that facilitates connections. Omra is not a party to relationships, communications, meetings, agreements, or interactions occurring between users.
⸻
5. LIVE STATUS & LIVE RADAR
Omra may provide features that allow users to display relationship or social availability information and discover other participating users through location- or proximity-based functionality, including Live Status and Live Radar.
Users are responsible for the status information they choose to provide.
A user’s displayed status is based on information or selections associated with that user’s account and should not be interpreted as independent verification by Omra of that person’s relationship status, intentions, availability, identity, compatibility, or willingness to interact.
The presence of a user on Live Radar does not constitute consent to:
* Physical contact;
* Sexual activity;
* Persistent communication;
* Following that individual;
* Photographing or recording that individual;
* Determining or attempting to determine their precise physical location; or
* Any interaction beyond what that user voluntarily permits.
You may not use Live Radar, Live Status, or any location-related feature to stalk, surveil, threaten, harass, intimidate, track, or endanger another person.
Location and proximity information may be approximate, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Omra does not guarantee the precise physical location of another user.
Users should respect the boundaries, privacy, safety, and consent of others at all times.
⸻
6. PERSONAL SAFETY
Interacting with people online and meeting people in person involves inherent risks.
Omra does not guarantee or warrant the identity, background, intentions, conduct, criminal history, relationship status, health status, truthfulness, or safety of any user.
Unless Omra expressly states otherwise for a specific feature, you should not assume that Omra has conducted a criminal background check, identity investigation, or independent verification of a user.
You are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when communicating with or meeting another person.
Users should take appropriate precautions when meeting another person, including considering public meeting locations, controlling their own transportation, protecting personal and financial information, and informing a trusted person when appropriate.
If you believe you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.
⸻
7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

* Display your content to other users according to your settings;
* Provide Omra features;
* Maintain and secure the platform;
* Moderate content;
* Investigate violations;
* Prevent fraud and abuse; and

Omra may investigate accounts suspected of fraud, impersonation, scams, abuse, or other serious violations.
Where required or permitted by applicable law, Omra may notify users who previously communicated or interacted with an account that was subsequently suspended or terminated for fraud, material misrepresentation, safety concerns, or violations of these Terms.
Omra may also provide fraud-prevention and online-dating safety information.
⸻
13. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PREMIUM FEATURES

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play may be processed and managed by the applicable platform and may also be subject to that platform’s payment and subscription terms.
Deleting your Omra account does not necessarily cancel a subscription billed through Apple, Google, or another third-party payment provider.
Users are responsible for canceling subscriptions through the appropriate billing provider when required.
Except where required by applicable law or the applicable platform’s policies, payments may be non-refundable after they have been properly charged.
Omra may change subscription pricing or features prospectively, subject to applicable notice and legal requirements.

Any arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, forum-selection clause, or other specialized dispute-resolution provision adopted by Omra should be separately and conspicuously presented where required by applicable law.
⸻
25. GOVERNING LAW
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to a user remain unaffected where they cannot legally be waived.
